Kare to Karetto-san talk
I just spent hours translating Karetto pages, so I figured I’d cap it off with a little brain-dump here, though it’ll still be some time til the first portion is ready to release. I’m excited, though. The fact that not a single group has touched this manga in something like 8 years is a damn shame, but I hope I can change that. I’ve been having a lot more fun working on this manga than I expected. Something about the comedy in this one clicks with me – it’s a great feeling to piece together enough of the joke to […]
Read MoreUeno-san chapter 35
It’s out. Go read it on MangaDex. Although if I’m being honest, most of you reading this probably came here from chapter 35 to begin with. Unfortunately, I won’t have any download links to share alongside releases for a while, so have this transparent Kitanaga-san you can make sit on things.
Read MoreFile Hosting for Releases
In what will probably be the last preparatory post for the creation of this blog, something I’m opening to discussion is whether there is interest in direct downloads for my releases and where I should host them. I’d like to have this figured out relatively quickly, even if the answer is “no” so I can shelve the idea and move on. A good deadline is probably around the end of June, the time of my one-year anniversary. If you as a reader have any input on the matter, please feel free to comment here, reach out to me on MangaDex, […]

I’m never one to hold myself back from running my mouth. Ueno-san wa Bukiyou I was working on chapter 35 earlier tonight; it’ll likely go up tomorrow. Many of the recent chapters have been getting easier, both in terms of the translation work and the cleaning/redrawing difficulty. Chapter 35, like many, did not even have any redrawing required. I still can’t believe how lucky […]
Read Moreブロギングは不器用
Hello, this is Bainhardt. After recalling having once read somewhere that MangaDex offers blog connectivity for all Group Leaders, I decided I would try my hand at running one of my own. I’ve never made a blog using WordPress before nor hosted a blog about scanlation work, but I hope that in time it’ll become second nature to me. The objectives I have for this blog are as follows: to allow for more direct and continued communication between whatever audience there is for my translation projects and myself (the limitations of end-of-chapter credits pages are beginning to show more and […]
