Hello, this is Bainhardt. After recalling having once read somewhere that MangaDex offers blog connectivity for all Group Leaders, I decided I would try my hand at running one of my own. I’ve never made a blog using WordPress before nor hosted a blog about scanlation work, but I hope that in time it’ll become second nature to me.

The objectives I have for this blog are as follows:

• to allow for more direct and continued communication between whatever audience there is for my translation projects and myself (the limitations of end-of-chapter credits pages are beginning to show more and more);
• to provide updates and form an archive of information about the projects I am currently working on, plan to work on, or have worked on in the past;
• to host access to up-to-date direct downloads of the chapters or volumes of manga I have worked on for those who prefer to save and read their manga offline.

Much like when I started with scanlation itself, I’m largely inexperienced with how most of this works, so it may take some time to get everything off the ground and running smoothly. Despite this, I figured it’d be best to begin sooner rather than later – the one-year anniversary of when I picked up work on Ueno-san is approaching, and as I have no intention of stopping anytime soon, I think this should serve me and all of you best in the long run.
